Keto Recipes To Freeze - Low Carb Keto Everything Bagels
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups almond flour (get it here)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (I use this brand)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 3 large eggs, divided
- 3 cups shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese
- 5 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Cover the folded bread tray with a college diploma or silate.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder and dried Italian herbs. Mix well together. I would pass the mixture through the strainer to ensure that all the baking powder is mixed with the rest of the ingredients.
- Tear one of the eggs in a small bowl and beat the fork. This is the egg wax to the top of the bread. The other two eggs go to the dough.
- Mix mozzarella cheese with cream in a large mixing bowl safe for microwave. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Remove from microwave oven and stir until assembled. Go back to the microwave for an extra minute. Mix well together.
- Add the remaining eggs and mix the almond flour to the mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are processed correctly. If the dough becomes very fibrous and inoperable, just re-put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften it and continue mixing.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each part into the ball.
- Press your finger gently in the middle of each dough ball to form a ring. Extend the ring to make a small hole in the middle and shape it into bread.
- Brush the top of each bread with egg wax.
- Sprinkle all bread with seasoning.
- Bake on the middle shelf for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
