Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (85% lean)
- 3 T butter
- 2 oz cheese (any kind; I used Colby Jack)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Onion powder to taste (optional)
- Garlic powder to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, mix minced meat with the required amount of salt and pepper. Add any onion powder and / or garlic powder.
- Press a small amount of beef (about 1 tablespoon) at the bottom of the 12-slot non-stick cookie pan so that the bottom is completely covered.
- Add a bowl of butter over each piece of beef.
- Add beef again at the top. Press to adjust.
- Add a small piece of cheese to the meat.
- Add a final layer of beef. (It's good if you do not have enough beef to cover the top of the whole cheese.) Click to flatten.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. ** If you are using a silicone pancake tray, place it on top of the baking sheet before adding it to the oven! **
- When the bread is complete, turn off the oven and break the oven door for a few minutes to allow heat to escape. This is to allow excess oil to cool.
- Be very careful before taking out the pan of cakes from the oven, because the fat from the meat and butter will be very hot.
- Using a fork, remove each butter from the pan and place it on a plate. (Note: Burger should be cooked, if not, prepare it for a few minutes.)
- Still a delicious mix of fat / butter and cow in a pan of muffins. Save this and use it to spray your sandwiches and cook vegetables etc.
