Ingredients

  • 2 cups mozzarella shredded
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 ounces colby jack cheese thin cubes (or your choice of cheese)
  • 6 breakfast sausage patties

Instructions

  1. Add the cheese and mozzarella in a microwave-resistant container.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the cheese is finely creamed and the mozzarella cheese begins to melt.
  3. Mix well! And through a good mixing, I mean, stir a fuss! Really want this combined.
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix the scrambled eggs and the almond flour. Add the cheese mixture and mix well, again, very well.
