Keto Recipes To Freeze - The popular fathead dough is back! Wrapped around sausage and cheese, a breakfast that is definitely appreciated.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella shredded
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup almond flour
- pinch salt & pepper
- 2 ounces colby jack cheese thin cubes (or your choice of cheese)
- 6 breakfast sausage patties
Instructions
- Add the cheese and mozzarella in a microwave-resistant container.
- Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the cheese is finely creamed and the mozzarella cheese begins to melt.
- Mix well! And through a good mixing, I mean, stir a fuss! Really want this combined.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the scrambled eggs and the almond flour. Add the cheese mixture and mix well, again, very well.
- The dough can be viscous, that's good. Sprinkle with extra almond flour and form into a ball. Put on plastic wrap and cool until firm.
- Cut into sections to form 6 3 "balls, depending on the size of the sausage.
