No Bake Healthy Chocolate Chip Blondies

Do you know when your body wants something resolved, but you do not want to feel guilty? I always have those moments, and these healthy chocolates of Chip Blondies are one of the recipes that come to save!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut flour, sifted
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cover a 8 x 4 loaf of bread with baking paper.
  2. Mix the bananas in a large bowl, add peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Once the mixture is thick and creamy, add coconut flour and mix well. The last step is to add and combine chocolate chips.
  3. Spread the mixture in a pan lined with your hands, press it down and spread evenly until it reaches two halves. Cool for 1-2 hours until firm.
  4. Pick up a parchment paper, remove it from the pan and cut it into individual boxes.
  5. You can pack them individually or in a sealed container and store them for a week. It can also be individually packaged and frozen for up to a month.
