Crock Pot Low-Carb Taco Soup - Keto Recipes To Freeze

Like cheese and child friendly as it is authentic, Parmesan Chicken & Pick Health is a simple dinner without preparation! Place all ingredients in one dish and leave oven working!

Ingredients

  1. 6 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 24 ounces total)
  2. 1 (16 ounce) jar marinara sauce (I like to use a brand with no added sugar)
  3. 6 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
  4. ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  5. Italian seasoning
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Basil or additional fresh herbs for garnish
  8. Optional: cooked pasta for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 ° F.
  2. Brush a large baking dish (approximately 9 inches x 13 inches) with cooking spray. Distribute half the marinara sauce to the bottom of the dish. Add the chicken over the sauce. Sprinkle chicken with Italian herbs, salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken. Cover with paper and bake for 20 minutes. If you are using large chicken slices, you should extend the baking time by at least 30 to 35 minutes.
  4. Remove the chip, place mozzarella slices and parmesan cheese spread over the chicken. Place the chicken in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and the internal chicken temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
