Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms (1/2 lb or 200g)
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
